Security. Concerned about safety? Many condos have keyed entries, gates and or even door attendants. Plus, you’ll be closer to other people in case of an emergency.
Parking. Most condos come with assigned parking, even garages, so no more driving around the parking lot at your apartment complex in search of a space.
