A few weeks back I reported that the condo units at SoCo Lofts in South Austin were being converted to apartments, well they should be ready next week! Rental rates have not been released but as soon as they are I will let you know. The banning of these programs has had a negative effect on the economy and, after some adjustments have been made, they need to be reinstated. Sure some buyers who used these programs [...] I’m working with a new template and making some changes to the blog today, the template may change throughout the weekend as the current one is not working properly, things should be stable again by Monday.
